How to make cake.
I will showing your step by step how to make a great looking & tasting butter cake.
- Bread flour 200g
- Sugar 200g
- Butter 200g
- Eggs 04
- Baking powder 01 tbs
- Vanilla 01 tbs
- A ball
- Measuring spoons
- Sift the flour
- Hand mixer
- Cake tester
- Electric balance
Now for this cake try to take super fine sugar.If you sugar isn't super fine then slightly grind it.Then next important thing is the butter has to be an room temperature.When you cream this butter and sugar if youover beat the butter will start to melt.
Now you have to preheat the oven to 180 celcius.
Then add eggs.When you add the egg you have to add one at a time.1 tsp vanilla extract.After vanilla is added I'm beating for about 3-4 seconds.Now while you add the flour little at the time.So when the batter is done.The oven has to be preheated praperly too.
If you keep the cake batter outside for too long the air bubbles made by the baking powder will deflate.Now level the cake batter with a spatula.
Now I'm palcing the cake in a 180 celcius preheate the oven.Size of the oven can also change the baking time of the cake.If the temperature if too hight the sugar in the cake will caramelize and don't open the oven door many time check the cake.If you do that the cake will not rise well.Now do a toothpick test to see if the cake is baked. After we can remove the cake out of the tray.Now remove the pachment paper.Keep the cake on a cooling rack and let it cool down.
Now butter cake is redy....☺🎂
